外伤性闭合性胸腔内积血直接回输47例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性闭合性胸腔内积血直接回输的可行性。方法:经胸腔闭式引流管引出闭合性胸腔内积血,经4￣6层无菌纱布过滤2￣3次,直接静脉输入体内。结果:所有病例经自体回输后,贫血均得到不同程度纠正,所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:外伤性闭合性胸腔内积血直接回输安全,可行。Objective： To investigate the feasibility of closed traumatic hemothorax blood transfusion. Methods： The accumulated blood was reached by a thoracic drainage tube and was filtered twice or thrice by 4-6 layer sterile gauze,and then was infused back directly into the patient by vein. Results： Anemia of all patients were corrected in varying degrees by self blood transfusion, all patients had no severe complications. Conclusion：Traumatic hemothoracic blood transfusion back directly is safe and feasible.
