摘　　要：设计方案优选中必须要处理好经济合理性与技术先进性之间的关系,并且要考虑到项目寿命周期成本,要能动地影响设计,以保证有效地控制造价。The relationship between economic and advancing should be properly treated in optimization of design program, and the project life cycle cost should be considered. Designing should be influenced actively thus the cost could be controlled effectively.
