摘　　要：针对干熄焦开工投产初期故障率高、抢修任务重和生产不稳定等情况,通过对马钢干熄焦系统生产的分析,找出其主要原因,并对干熄焦开工准备工作提出了建议。Domestically made equipment was first used in DQC projects in 2004, and since then more than ten DQC systems have been constructed and nearly ten have been put into production. Experience of these new projects should be summarized; they should be updated and perfected to the goal of high quality, high productivity and low consumption. Some of the author＇s thoughts on the preparation work for DQC project will be presented.
