摘　　要：研究2006年中国全明星啦啦队锦标赛技巧啦啦队冠军队伍的成套动作。结果表明:此成套动作的编排侧重于难度动作;要提高我国啦啦队总体水平,需要严格依据新规则,结合啦啦队运动的项目特色,在安全第一的前提下,优化编排,保持优势难度动作,突击提高薄弱技术。With observation and analysis, the set of movements of cheer leading champion at the 2006 All-stars Cheer Leading Championship were studied. It was shown that the emphasis was laid on the difficult movements and the players had grasped the technical principles of the difficult movements. It was proposed that to promote the cheer leading level of China, it was necessary to optimize the arrangement and keep the best difficult movements under the principle of safety first and combined with the new regulations and the features of cheer leading.
