摘 要:对于药芯焊丝用钢而言,较高的表面粗糙度和良好的表面微观特征不但有利于辊轧与拉拔,而且可以改善焊丝表面质量,提高拉丝速度,降低了用户的成本。因而如何提高药芯焊丝钢表面粗粗糙度精度,避免粗糙度超差就成为现场技术攻关的重点与难点。为此,以宝钢1220DCR机组平整模式为研究对象,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,首次提出了一套药芯焊丝用钢板面粗糙度预报与控制模型,并将其投入到现场药芯焊丝钢成品板面粗糙度的控制,实物粗糙度命中率在99.5%以上,满足了用户的需求,取得了良好的经济效益。As steel for flux-cored wire, good surface roughness and surface microscopic view feature is favorable to not only rolling and drawing but also improving surface quality of welding wire and increasing the speed of wire -drawing and decreasing the cost of consumers, it is the emphasis and difficulty that how to increase the accuracy of roughness of flux-cored wire steel and to avoid roughness being out of tolerance. so , researching the 1220 DCR temper mill, based on lots of field tests and study on theory, this paper firstly put forward a set of rouhness forecasting and controlling model for flux-cored wire steel and use it to control the roughness of flux-cored wire steel and substance hit rate is higher than 99.5%, it meets the demand of consumers and gets good economic returns.
