摘 要:本文介绍了一种基于大功率IGBT斩波调压的交流异步电机软起动方式,采用自行设计的双AT89C51单片机并行通讯协议,分析了斩波调压起动方式控制的基本原理,详细讨论了以双AT89C51为核心,以大功率IGBT为开关控制器件的整套装置硬件电路设计与软件实现原理,给出了系统详细结构和软件控制流程。系统选取的器件均为市面上的流行器件,具有良好的人机界面。使用该装置可有效改善电动机的起动性能,为软起动器的设计提供了一种新的思路。This paper introduces an asynchronous motor soft-starter based on alternative voltage chopping control of the high-power IGBT, using a self-designed parallel communication protocol of double AT89C51 microcontroller. The basic principle of chopping voltage regulation starting mode control is analyzed. The hardware circuit design and the software implementation principle of the whole device that takes double AT89C51 as the core, high-power IGBT as the switch control device is discussed in detail. Detailed system structure, hardware design and software flow control are provided. The designed system with all popular electronic devices has a good interface. Using the device can effectively improve motor starting performance. All of these provide a new method for soft-starter design.
