摘　　要：本文在分析和研究无线电台和卫星通信设备的基础上,给出了无线电台与卫星信道转接设备-拨号器和转接器的设计与实现过程。拨号器配备于远端移动电台,转接器配备于卫星信道附近的电台,拨号器与转接器配对使用,构成无线电台接入卫星信道,通过该接入设备实现了无线电台通过卫星设备进行语音拨号和通信的目的,大大扩展了无线对讲电台的通话功能。in this article, the design and implement of the radio and the satellite channel -the dialing-set and the commutator are given based on the analyzed and study of the radio and satellite communication equipment. The dialing-set is located in the remote radio, the commutator is .equipped the radio which is nearly located in the satellite channel. The dialing-set and commutator are used totally, which fulfilled the wireless radio to enter the satellite channel, the voice dialing and communication are achieved between radio and satellite equipment which enlarged the voice function of radio.
