摘　　要：以青岛地区国民经济发展状况及水资源开发利用现状为基础，运用系统科学的思想，将水资源问题纳入整个国民经济及人民生活这一系统中，采用系统动力学的方法建立数学模型，进行综合研究．模型模拟了国民经济的发展水平及不同保证率下水资源的供需状况，水资源短缺对国民经济发展的影响等．提出了一些对策和建议．According to present situation of national economy and development and utilization of water resources in Qingdao,this paper establishes mathematical model with the method of system dynamics,putting water resources into the system of national economy and people life to study synthetically.The model simulates development of national economy and condition of supply and demand of water resources under different guaranteed rates ,and discusses the effects of water shortage in national economy.And some measures and suggestions about how to develop and use water resources are given in the end.
