摘　　要：目的建立测定硫酸头孢喹诺含量的HPLC法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。以Alltech alltima(250×4.6mm,5μm,C18)为色谱柱;流动相:0.025mol/L高氯酸钠:磷酸:乙腈(500:6:57)用三乙胺调节pH3.5;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:269nm。结果硫酸头孢喹诺在12.202-244.12ug/ml浓度范围内线性相关性良好(r=0.99999),方法精密度RSD为0.235%,平均回收率为99.87%。结论该法灵敏、准确、重现性好、专属性强。Objective TO establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Cefquinome Sulfate Method The contet of Cefquinome Sulfate was determined by RP-HPLC. Alltech alltima C18 （250×4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of sodium perchlorate -phosphoric acetonitrile （its pH was adjusted to3.5 with triethylamine ） （500： 6： 57 ）. the flow rate was 1.0mL/min The detection wavelength was set 269nm. Results The method was linear within the range of 12.202- 244.12ug/ml （r=0.99999）, precision of method RSD was 0.235% .the average recovery of Cefquinome Sulfate was 99.89%. Conclution The method is sensitive, acurate, reproducible and high selective.
