免疫金银染色法检测自身免疫性疾病患者抗核抗体研究

摘　　要：目的探讨免疫金银染色法检测抗核抗体(ANA)对自身免疫性疾病患者的诊断价值。方法采用免疫金银染色法(IGSS)和间接免疫荧光法(IIF)检测自身免疫性疾病患者血清中ANA。结果80例自身免疫性疾病患者血清免疫金银染色法检测抗核抗体(ANA)阳性率97.3%,间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体(ANA)阳性率98.2%,χ2=1.006,P=0.316>0.05)。两种方法结果有良好一致性。结论IGSS可用于检测自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗核抗体(ANA)。Objective To discuss the clinical value of detection of anti - nuclear antibody （ANA） in the sera of patients with autoimmune disease by immunogold - silver staining（IGSS）. Methods The ANA in the sera of 80 patients with auto- immune disease were detected by immunogold -silver staining （IGSS） and indirect immunofluorescence （ⅡF）. Results The positive rates of ANA in 80 cases were 97.3% by IGSS and 98.2% by ⅡF respectively. There was no significantly statis- tical difference between the two methods （x^2 = 1.006, P = 0.316 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion IGSS is a more simple and rapid mehod for diagnosis of antoimmune disease in small medical laboratories.
