摘　　要：目的分析安阳市1997-2007年人间布氏菌病流行特点，为布病防治提供科学依据。方法收集1997-2007年安阳市布氏菌病患者个案资料进行分析。结果发病人数显著增加；发病以从事羊、牛饲养的人员为主；4、5月份为发病高峰；发病至确诊间隔时间长，及时诊断率低，误诊率高。结论安阳市人间布病疫情有上升趋势，局部地区存在布病暴发流行的可能性。Objective To anoalyze the prevalent features of human brucellosis in Anyang City and provide basis for control this disease. Methods Data were collected from brucellosis patients in Anyang City during the years of 1997-2007. Results Incidence of human brucellosis was significantly increased mainly among the population engaged in raising sheep and cows. The peak of infection was from April to May. The duration from infection to daignosis was long and the misdiagnosis rate was high. Conclusion The infection of human brucellosis in Anyang City show an increasing trend and there is the possi-bility of outbreak. Thus control measure be taken.
