摘　　要：目的用HPLC法测齐墩果酸的含量。方法以齐墩果酸对照品作对照，采用HPLC法测定补肾调降丸中的齐墩果酸含量。色谱柱：ODS HYPERSIL C18 5μ（4.6mm．I．D．×200mm）；检测波长：215nm；流动相：甲醇-水（84：16）；柱温：25℃；进样量：10μl，采用外标法。结果在优化色谱条件下，补肾调降丸中的齐墩果酸线性范围在1．0-40μg。回归方程为：Y=359．8524132X－2．148982，r=0．9999。含量测定的回收率为：97．72％，RSD=0．89％。结论所建立的方法专属性强，操作简便，结果准确，重现性好，适用于对补肾调降丸中的齐墩果酸含量的测定。Objective To determine the content of oleanolic acid from Bushenjiao pills by HPLC. Methods The content of oleanolic acid in Bushenjiao pills was determined by using HPLC. The detection conditions including chromatography column of ODS HYPERSIL C18 5μ（4.6mm. I. D. ×200mm）, the detection wavelength of 215nm, the Mobile phase of metha- nol- water（84：16）, the column temperature of 25℃ and the injection volume of 10μl. Eexternal standard method was used. Results Under the optimized condition,the linear range of standard curve of oleanolic acid was 1.0-40μg and the recovery rate was 97.72 % RSD = 0.89 %. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate with high specificity and good repro-ducibility, suitable for determination of content of oleanolic acid from Bushentiaojiao pills.
