摘　　要：香港的金融监管体制问题在近十几年尤其是亚洲金融危机后表现得越来越明显,金融监管的不完善或者缺陷将影响香港金融的稳定发展。本文通过分析和总结香港金融监管体制的过去、现在,从历史的角度阐述香港金融监管体制的变化及其每次重大变化的原因。深入剖析香港金融监管的现状、监管的针对性以及存在问题,进而提出关于未来香港金融监管体制发展方向建议。Hong Kong's financial regulatory system in the past 10 years, particularly after Asian financial crisis in 1997, is becoming more and more incompatible with its current economic environment. Defects or deficiencies in financial regulation will be unfavorable for Hong Kong's future financial stability and development. Firstly, the paper depicts and summarizes the evolution of Hong Kong's financial regulatory system, and explores the root reasons for each fundamental change. Then, the paper discusses the current situation and problems of each financial supervision branch in Hong Kong. Finally, the paper proposes some guidelines for the future innovation and development of Hong Kong's financial regulatory system.
