摘 要:水性涂料是近年来发展很快的一类环境友好产品,有机颜料在其中分散稳定与否,直接影响着产品的应用性能。本文从颜料表面性质、颜料与分散剂间的作用及分散剂的稳定机理等方面,详细讨论了影响有机颜料在水性涂料中分散稳定的主要因素。适当的颜料表面改性可提高颜料的亲水性和孔隙度,使之易被水润湿。颜料表面与高分子分散剂之间主要通过疏水力相结合,结合强度由颜料表面性质和分散剂的疏水端性质共同决定;而分散剂亲水端提供的位阻斥力和电荷斥力能够有效稳定水性涂料分散体系。Waterbased paints are a kinds of friendly-environmental products developed rapidly in recent years.The dispersive stability of orgainc pigments seriously affects the applied properties of paints.This paper described the major factors influencing the dispersive stability of organic pigments in waterbased paints in terms of pigment surface characteristics, interaction between pigments and dispersants, stable mechanism of colloidal particles and so on. A proper surface improvement can raise the hydrophily and hence make the pigment easily moistened. In waterbased system, the hydrophobic force is the most important interaction between pigment surface and polymeric dispersant, and the combining intensity relates to both pigment surface character and hydrophobic tail of the dispersant.On the other hand,the hydrophilic tails of the dispersant lead both steric and electric repulsions ,which are efficient to make a stable waterbased dispersion.
