摘　　要：21世纪的中国,生态文明的建设已经开始,社会主义现代化建设的实质是社会主义生态文明的建设。建设社会主义生态文明需要从经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设四个大方面去落实,它是全面贯彻和落实科学发展观的主要实践。In the 21 century, a conservation culture has been promoting in China, and the essentialness of promoting socialist modernization is the conservation culture of socialism, promoting a conservation culture have to carry out four missions such as economic constructions, political constructions, cultural constructions and social constructions,whist is main fulfillment of thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development.
