摘　　要：妇女作为农村经济、社会稳定和发展的重要力量,其土地权益却屡遭侵犯,已经严重威胁了农村妇女群体的经济安全和社会地位,产生了不良的社会影响。文章在总结农村妇女土地权益受侵犯的方式和类型的基础上,分析了农村妇女土地权益遭受侵犯的经济、法制和历史根源,并针对性地提出了解决这些侵权问题的政策建议。As an important force in maintaining rural economic and social stability and development, rural women have frequently suffered from infringement upon their land property rights, which has severely threatened the economic safety and social status of the rural female group and caused malignant social aftermath. Base on a brief review of the mode and type of infringement upon female land property rights, the paper analyses the economic, legal and historical roots of the infringement and then pertinently proposes several policy recommendations to solve those problems.
