摘　　要：文章就进一步转变观念,明确成人高等教育的定位,研究技能型人才的知识、能力、素质结构及其内涵和外延,探索成人高等教育技能型人才的培养模式进行了讨论。This paper deals the further change of idea and clear orientation of adult higher education. Study on the knowledge, ability, quality structure and its intension and extension of skilled talents is made to explore the cultivation mode of skilled talents in adult higher education.
