摘　　要：文章结合地方院校的办学实际,从实证的角度阐述了地方院校主动适应地方经济建设和社会发展的需要,把高校的教学、科研与企业生产结合起来,凝炼出适应于培养高素质应用型人才的产学研联合办学特色的做法和经验,并不断探索和提高。Combining the reality of running a school for local colleges, the current paper has elaborated from empirical perspective the needs for local colleges to meet local economic construction and social development initiatively. Loeal colleges should, through combining of production for enterprises, research and teaching in colleges, extract characteristic experience and method in CEEUSRO joint school running, which is suitable for cultivation of applied talents with high quality, and constantly explore and improve it.
