摘 要:本文综述了近十几年来生物传感器技术在有机磷农药及神经性毒剂(OPs)检测领域的研究进展,并提出了这一领域的研究方向。During the past ten years, biosensors for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides and nerve agents have been widely studied. These biotechnology-based detection dcvices have utilized various kinds of transducers and been designed as a variety of formats ranging from traditional laboratory-based assays to portable instruments. This article reviews these achievements according to the classification of transducars, which include enzyme electrodes, optical biosensors, piezoelectric crystal biosensors and semiconductor biosensors. The future devoloping directions are also discussed at the last part of this article.
