摘  要:用液体培养法和琼脂平板透明圈法研究了6个绿僵菌菌株的几丁质酶产酶水平与其对椰心叶甲毒力的关系。结果显示,各菌株的毒力大小顺序为JF813E〉JF86C、JF883〉Ma4〉JF83G〉JF842;对椰心叶甲成虫的LT50值在6、3~8.0d之间;液体培养法所测酶活变化范围为5.9~38.4IU/mL,琼脂平板法所得比值在1.37~2.43之间。表明不同绿僵菌菌株的产酶水平存在明显差异,且产几丁质酶水平的高低与其对椰心叶甲的毒力有一定的相关性;几丁质酶活性可以作为一个参考指标对绿僵菌菌种进行初步筛选,但不能完全代替毒力测定而成为菌种质量性状的检测指标。The extracellular chitinase of 6 Metarhizium anisopliae and its correlation with the toxicity of Brontispa longissima by the culture method of shaking flask and agar-flat were analyzed. The results showed that the toxicity of strains could be ranked as follows: JF813E 〉 JF86C, JF883 〉 Ma4 〉 JF83G 〉 JF842. LTs0 of Brontispa longissima larvae was between 6.3- 8.0d. The range of enzyme activities determined by shaking flask culture method and agar-flat method was 5.9-38.4 IU/mL and 1.37-2.43 U/mL, respectively. It indicated that the enzyme production ability in different strains of Metarhizium anisopliae had obvious difference, and the ability had a certain of correlation with the toxicity of Brontispa longissirna. The chitinase activities could be used as a reference indicator to preliminary screen the strains, but it couldn't totally substitute the toxicity test.
