猪器官异种移植研究进展

摘　　要：随着临床医学的发展和免疫抑制剂的开发利用,同种器官移植已获得显著成效,但器官资源缺乏严重阻碍其广泛应用,因而异种器官移植受到高度重视,目前认为猪是较理想的异种器官来源。文章阐述了猪器官异种移植中的免疫障碍以及克服排斥策略、免疫耐受在异种移植中的应用、异种移植存在的生理活动障碍等问题,同时提出加强对转基因猪作为异种器官移植模型的研究,并尽快出台和完善异种器官移植相关伦理法规和指导原则等建议。With the development of clinical medicine and the utilization of immunosuppressive agents, the transplantation of homologous organ has gained remarkable effects, but the lack of organ resources severely hinder its wide application. Therefore, the xenotransplantation attracts high attention, and the porcine is thought as the resources of xenotransplantation at present. The immunological rejection of porcine organs xenotransplantation and the strategy of overcoming rejection were described in this paper, as well as the application of immunological tolerance in xenotransplantation, the obstacles of physiological activities in xenotransplantation, and so on, At same time, the transgenic porcine used as the model of xenotransplantation should be strengthened, and the related law of ethics and guiding principle of xenotransplantation should be established and perfected as soon as possible.
