刀具全生命周期管理过程建模与信息编码的研究

摘　　要：提出了刀具全生命周期管理的概念,将刀具全寿命周期管理划分为计划期、投入期、使用期、报废期四个阶段。利用IDEF0方法分析了刀具生命周期管理过程,并基于混合分类法和面向对象思想对刀具资源进行分类,建立了刀具资源信息模型。参照国内外编码准则,采用结合分类码与顺序码方法实现了刀具资源信息编码。The concept of cutting tool life-cycle management was put forward, and divided it into four phases： planning period, input time, serviceable life and discarding period, What＇s more, cutting tool management process was analyzed in IDEFO way, and cutting tool resource information model was constructed based on blending classification method and object-oriented thought. The cutting tool resource information coding was carried out based on classification code and sequence code according to coding standard at home and abroad.
