摘　　要：对UG软件的二次开发工具UG/OPEN API和其金属外圆车刀设计方法进行了深入研究。以Microsoft Visual Studio.NET为开发环境,UG/OPEN API为开发接口程序,UG为CAD平台,通过调节刀具各几何平面间的相对位置得到应用于不同工作环境下的刀具精确刃形,并能够快速准确地生成对应参数的刀具三维模型。The quadratic exploitation tool of UG software UG/OPEN API and the principle of the BillmpseTool designing were deeply studied. The BillmpseTool design system through adjust the geometry position of the planum to confirm the shape of the tool. The system based on the environment of Microsoft Visual Studio. NET and the CAD platform of UG, use UG/OPEN API as the interface procedure for development.
