摘　　要：分析了铸造高速钢轧辊的加工特性,选用PCBN刀具作为高速钢轧辊的切削刀具。研究了PCBN刀具在高速钢轧辊切削加工中的应用,包括刀具牌号、几何形状和切削参数的合理选择,分析了刀具提前失效的原因并提出了解决措施。The machinability of casting high-speed steel roller was analyzed, and the PCBN cutting tools were selected to cut high-speed steel roller. The applications of PCBN tools in machining of high-speed steel roller were researched, including appropriate selections of tool grades, geometries and cutting parameters. The reasons of tool＇s failure in advance were analyzed and the solving measures were presented.
