摘　　要：目的为了提高重复性呼吸机管道及附件的消毒质量,探讨呼吸机管道及附件的消毒方法。方法选择在ICU、急诊室等科室120例病人使用过的呼吸机管道及附件,随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组按传统消毒方法把病人使用过的呼吸机管道及附件采用5%有效氯消毒剂浸泡;实验组采用自动清洗消毒器(程序P3)加蒸汽灭菌器(程序P5)进行消毒;并对两组呼吸机管道及附件进行细菌学检测。结果实验组消毒后的呼吸机管道及附件与对照组进行细菌学检测,差异有极显著意义,P<0.0001。结论利用蒸汽灭菌器对呼吸机管道及附件进行消毒,有效降低了细菌阳性率,是理想的消毒方法。Objective To investigate the effect of disinfection and sterilization in ventilator tubes and its accessories. Method 120 ventilator tubes and its accessories were randomly divided into group A and group B. The ventilator tubes and its accessories were from the departments that used ventilators a lot, for example ICU and emergency room. Group A is the control group using 5% effective chlorine disinfectant soaking. Group B is the disinfection and sterilization group using Automatic disinfecting cleaner and steam sterilization. Bacteriological examination was conducted and compared between the two groups. Result There are significant difference in bacteria testing between the two groups （P〈0.0001）. Conclusion It is necessary to disinfect and sterilize ventilator tubes and its accessories.
