自制固定夹板在小儿手部静脉输液中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨自制的固定夹板对小儿手部静脉输液中的安全稳定性和舒适性。方法 将203例2个月～8岁手背静脉输液的住院患儿按住院的先后分为对照组（使用硬纸盒或普通小夹板）和实验组（使用自制固定夹板），观察输液过程中药液外渗、针头脱位、输液畅通、指端循环及患儿舒适度等情况，并进行对比研究。结果 实验组和对照组指端血液循环不良发生率分别为1．0％和8．4％；固定处皮肤过敏或破损分别为0和5．7％；患儿舒适满意度分别为99．0％和69.8％，两组比较差异有显著性意义，（P〈0．05）。结论 自行设计制作的小儿手部输液夹板安全、舒适，能减少静脉输液过程中固定所致的不良反应，可以替代常规的纸盒或木质夹板。Objective To improve the security stability and comfort of self designed fixed splints for children who were administered by intravenous infusion. Method 203 cases of age 2 months to 8 years old hospitalized children who choice back intravenous infusion were divided into experimental group （using of fixed comfort splint） and control group （ using cartons or ordinary small splint） for comparative study according to stage. Result There are differences in occurrence rate between experimental group and control group, for fingertip blood circulation are 8.4 % and 1.0 %, for allergy or damage around the fixed skin are 5.7 % and 0%, for the acceptance and comfort degree among children patients are 69.8 and 99.0 % respectively, there are significant difference between the two groups. （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The self designed fixed splints is security, comfortable and effective, and may replace general wooden splint for supporting administering of intravenous infusion for patients.
