摘 要:随着欠平衡钻井技术在现场的运用和推广,对现场钻井人员的培训显得更为重要,研究欠平衡钻井实物模拟器,使钻井人员在室内就能进行欠平衡钻井,在欠平衡钻井模拟器上可以进行欠平衡钻井的设计、计算和操作模拟。文章介绍了在欠平衡钻井实物模拟器中所用到的数学模型,在这套模拟器中有专业数学模型、操作元器件动作效果模型和操作工艺过程模型等三类数学模型。这三类数学模型构成了该模拟器的核心内容,也是控制模拟该模拟器的核心。随着欠平衡钻井在现场的不断推广和扩大以及研究的不断深入,在该模拟器增加部分设备和功能就可实现多种欠平衡钻井的培训和操作模拟,培训范围也会不断扩大。With the application and promotion of under-balanced drilling technology, on-site drilling personnel training become even more important. The research on physical under-balanced drilling simulator was carried out for imitating under-balanced drilling indoors. The under-balanced drilling simulator can be used for the design, calculation and simulation operation. This paper introduced the main mathematical models, such as specialized mathematical model,executive component acting effect model and operational process model which were used in the under-balanced drilling simulator. The above models not only made up the core content of the simulator, but also play a core part in controlling the simulator. With under-balanced drilling promoted and expanded continually, increasing part of the equipment and functions of under-balanced drilling simulator can achieve multiple under-balanced drilling training and operation simulation.
