摘 要:通过对矮秆小麦材料杂种后代遗传现象的分析和研究,得出以下结果:(1).双亲株高平均值与F_1、F_2株高的平均值呈显著正相关,F_2与F_3株高也呈显著正相关,通过双亲株高平均值可以预测杂种后代的株高表现。(2).通过对杂种后代株高的分析,以矮×中或矮×中高的组合组配方式较为适宜。(3).株高的遗传力值较高,在早世代选择效果较好。株高在F_2的分离现象可以分为二种六个类型。(4).F_2应适当地加大群体,以增加分离优良单株的机率。(5).选择矮秆材料的同时,应注意对产量性状的选择。Analysis of the data from cross offsprings of dwarf wheat showed that, 1 . There was a significantly possitive correlationship between two average height of parents of the dwarf wheats and their F 1, F2 and a possitivecorrelationship also existed in the height between the F2 and F3, therefore, a average height of parents of the dwarf wheats might indicate a height of their offsprings. 2 . Either a dwarf wheat X semidwarf wheator a dwarf wheat x higher semidwarf wheat were as good combinations.. 3. A character of wheat height might be chosen in the initial generations since having a higher heritability of wheat height. 4. F2 populationsmight be increased properly in order to segeegate the more outstanding; individuals. 5 . It might take care of a yield character while choosing the materials of dwarf wheats.
