胜利油田稠油油藏水平井防砂工艺技术及应用

摘　　要：介绍了目前胜利油田稠油油藏主要应用的防砂技术,主要为水平井滤砂管防砂技术以及管内水平井砾石充填工艺技术。水平井滤砂管防砂技术具有施工工艺简单、周期短、成本低、对地层伤害小的特点;采用大通径滤砂管,将隔热管下至防砂管中部或底部,提高注汽效果。水平井砾石充填防砂工艺技术充填层渗透性好,产生的附加压降小,能最大程度发挥水平井产能,克服了滤砂管因粉细泥质砂堵塞而使油井产能下降的问题。介绍了两种工艺技术的特点、管柱组成以及在胜利油田的应用情况。The article introduced the main sand control technology in Shengli Oilfield, including sand screen control and gravel packing technology. The features of sand screen control technology are low cost, easy operation, and high success ratio. In order to improve steam injection effect, adopting full diameter sand screen pipe put heat shield into the middle or bottom of screen pipe. Filling effect of gravel packing sand control technology for horizontal well is good, and the additional pressure is little. It can overcome the problem of production decrease for sand screen blocked. The paper introduced the features, the component of pipe string and the application of the two sand control technologies in Shengli Oilfield.
