摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺囊腺瘤的CT表现特征,以提高其诊断准确性。方法回顾分析9例经手术病理证实的胰腺囊腺瘤的临床资料和CT征象。结果9例胰腺囊腺瘤均呈多发囊状改变,且囊的大小不等,每例最大囊的直径均大于2.5cm。囊壁厚薄不均,有乳头状结节突入囊腔4例,囊内有分隔5例,囊壁点状、弧形钙化4例。结论胰腺囊腺瘤CT表现有一定特征,表现典型者可做出明确诊断。Objective To describe the CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma in order to enhance its diagnosis accuracy. Methods Nine cases of pancreatic cystadenoma proven pathologically were analyzed retrospectively in clinical features and CT findings. Results All the cases appeared as multiple cystic lesions, the size of lesions was various and the maximum size of cystic lesions in each case was larger than 2.5cm in diameter. Irregular thickness wall were seen. Papillary projections of the inner wall were found in 4 cases, internal septations were found in 5, punctuate and circular calcifications of the cystic wall were found in 4. Conclusion CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma have some characteristics, It＇s useful to enhance diaguosis accuracy.
