摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑方法,探讨了学生体育权利的概念、内容、救济的途径与方法,以及当前我国学生体育权利救济存在的问题。认为目前我国实体法上缺乏对学生体育权利的明示,程序法上缺失对学生体育权利的救济,救济途径不畅。并在此基础上提出了保护和救济学生体育权利的一系列建议。With the literature, expert interview and the logic methods, it has discussed the student sports right concept, the content, the way and method relief, as well as the current problem of student sports right relief existed in China. The substantive law lacks to the student sports right in China at present, the procedural law lacks to the student sports right relief, the relief way is impeded. Based on this, it proposed some suggestions of protecting and providing reliefing the student sports right.
