摘 要:目的:建立发病过程类似人类代谢综合症(MS)的动物模型,观察体育锻炼对代谢综合症大鼠血糖、血脂和血胰岛素水平的影响,及引起其变化的可能机制。方法:采用高果糖饲料饲养两肾一夹SD大鼠30只4周,诱导建立代谢综合症模型,从中抽取20只,实验随机分为两组,即安静对照组(10只)和体育锻炼组(10只),运动组进行为期10周的游泳运动。每周检测各组尾动脉收缩压,于14周末采血测定各组血糖、血脂、血胰岛素水平,同时计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果:体育锻炼组与安静对照组对比,锻炼组血压、空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯比、总胆固醇比、血清高密度脂蛋白均降低,胰岛素敏感指数升高。结论:体育锻炼能降低代谢综合症大鼠的血压,减轻胰岛素抵抗,纠正糖、脂代谢紊乱。Objective: To investigate the effect of sports on blood glucose and blood lipid in syndrome X rats. Methods: Syndrome X rats was fed with high fructose diet for 4 weeks. The rats were randomly divided into two groups : control, control group (8 SHR) and exercise group (9 SHR). Exercise group were trained with swimming for 10 weeks. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) was measured each week, fasting blood glucose(FBG), blood lipid, and the level of fast serum insulin(FSI) were measured respectively in groups at the time of 14th weekend, and insulin sensitive index( ISI) was also calculated. Results: Comparing exercise group with control group, sports decreased systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, blood total cholesterol, raised insulin sensitive index. Conclusions:Sports can reduce BP, improve insulin resistance and correct the abnormity of sugar and lipid metabolism.
