背越式跳高摆动腿摆动角度对起跳效果的实验研究

摘　　要：通过KISTLER三维测力台和PanasonicS-VHSM9000高速摄影机,测量背越式跳高起跳,摆动腿在不同角度摆动时快速力量指数和腾起初速度的变化,分析不同的摆动角度对起跳效果的影响。结果表明:摆动腿摆动角度控制在身体矢状面内20度左右,起跳效果较好。Through KISTLER dynamometry platform and the video camera of Panasonic S - VHSM 9000, the vertical reacting force to the region of the swing directions of different angles was analyzed when measuring fast force index and lift - off speed of flop take - off. It analyzed that different swing legs swing the influence of the result to take - off of angle, the result shows the angle of swings the leg to swing directional control about 10 - 20 degrees, take - off result to be better.
