摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机,对AZ31B镁合金在温度为260~420℃、应变速率为0.03、0.1、1、3s-1时,应变量为70%的塑性变形行为以及热压缩后镁合金组织的变化进行了研究。分析了流变应力与应变速率和温度的关系。结果表明:该材料在420℃及应变率0.1s-1时可发生动态再结晶,也是最优的热加工工艺参数;在260℃,应变率为0.03s-1的区域可能出现楔形裂纹;热压缩后晶粒明显得到细化,出现大量细小的等轴晶。The Gleeble-1500D was used to investigate the compression deformation of AZ31B magnesium alloy at the deformation temperature of 260-420 ℃ and various strain rates (0.03, 0.1, 1 and 3 s-1) under the deformation degree of 70%. The microstructure of AZ3 IB magnesium alloy after deformation was also studied. The relationship between flow stress and deformation temperature was analyzed. The results show that the material undergoes dynamic recrystallization at 420 ℃ and 0.1 s-1, which are the optimum parameters for hot compression. At 260 ℃ and strain rates below 0.03 s-1, wedge cracking occurs in the material. The grains are obviously finer after hot compression. A great deal of equiaxed crystal has been found due to the dynamic recrystaUization.
