摘 要:分布于中国横断山区的景东湍蛙、金江湍蛙、凉山湍蛙和康定湍蛙4种湍蛙的有效性存在不同意见。本文利用形态判别与线粒体COⅠ基因和Cytb基因计算遗传距离相结合的方法,对这4个种的有效性进行探讨。结果表明景东湍蛙和金江湍蛙为有效种;凉山湍蛙可能是棕点湍蛙的同物异名;康定湍蛙的有效性需要进一步研究才能确定。The morphological characters and genetic markers of Amolops, which distributed in Hengduan Mountains, were analyzed to examine the validity of Amolops tuberodepressus , Amolops finjiangensis , Amolops liangshanensis and Amolops kangtingensis. For the morphological study, a total of 246 Amolops samples with 27 morphological measurements for each sample were measured, and 19 measurements were selected for final principle component analysis. For molecular study, partial of mtDNA CO Ⅰ and Cyt b genes were sequenced to calculate the genetic distance. The principal component analysis results and genetic distance data support A. tuberodepressus and A. finjiangensis are valid species and A. liangshanensis possibly is a synonym of A. Ioloensis. Further studies on the validity of A. kangtingensis are needed.
