摘　　要：针对电铲用轨道在调质热处理时存在的工艺难点,提出了大型薄壁类工件的典型热处理工艺及其热处理后变形的热校正措施。For the existing process difficulty of rail used for electric shovel during the quenching and tempering heat treatment, the typical heat treatment process of heavy thin wall workpiece and its correction measures for deformation after heat treated have been put forward.
