On Relationships Among Iron Resource Efficiency,Environment Efficiency and Steel Scrap Index

摘  要:提出了衡量钢铁生产过程中资源利用效率、环境状况和废钢充足程度的三项重要指标——铁资源效率、铁环境效率和废钢指数。以质量守恒定律为基础,建立了钢铁生产流程中铁资源效率、铁环境效率和废钢指数之间的关系式。当废钢指数一定时,流程的铁环境效率愈高,铁资源效率也愈高;且流程铁资源效率的最大值也随之确定,它不受铁环境效率的影响。结合生产实际,分析了铁资源效率和铁环境效率的关系曲线随废钢指数的增加而整体上移的原因,并指出由于受转炉炼钢工艺条件的限制,高炉-转炉流程的废钢指数不可能有较大程度地提高,且流程铁资源效率和铁环境效率也不会有很大程度地改善。要想改变这一局面,只有发展电炉流程。The three indices of steel manufacturing process are given, i.e. iron resource efficiency, iron environment efficiency and steel scrap index, to define the degree of saving nature iron resources, environmental condition and availability of steel scrap for steel manufacturing process respectively. Based on the conservation of mass, relationship among the iron resource efficiency, environment efficiency and steel scrap index was formulated. When steel scrap index is certain, the higher the iron environment efficiency of the steel manufacturing process, the higher will be its iron resource efficiency. And the maximum value of iron resource efficiency is determined too. Taking the data of a steel manufacturing process as example, analyzing the influence of steel scrap index in the steel manufacturing process on the relation curve between iron resource efficiency and iron environment efficiency. It is pointed out that steel scrap index of BF-BOF process is not improved to some extent, and its iron resource efficiency and iron environment efficiency are not improved to some extent too. To improve the situation, it is necessary to develop EAF process.
