摘 要:钢铁生产的节能减排问题可以通过能量消耗的减量化、能量的回收利用和清洁能源替代等途径解决。提出了"太阳能光伏炼钢"概念,其重要特点一是光电转化,二是"脱网",即不与常规的输供电电网相搭接,尝试完全以清洁能源替代炼钢过程所需的传统涉碳能源。研究工作包括太阳能光伏炼钢概念实验的工艺设计、概念炉的系统设计和技术设计。第一台容量为1 kg的光伏炼钢概念炉于2006年12月26日在北京科技大学冶金与生态工程学院成功地完成了首次炼钢实验,实现了"无碳"炼钢从理念到实践的跨越。The problem of energy saving and GHGs reduction can be solved by reducing and reusing fossil energy to search substitute clean energy. The photovohaic steelmaking concept is introduced, which is characterized by pho- tovoltaic effect transformation and off-network. The clean energy is used to substitute traditional carbon-related energy totally in the new steelmaking process. The research includes the design of experimental process and sys- tem of conceptual furnace. 1 kg-capacity photovoltaic steelmaking concept furnace has been designed and manufac- tured with guide of the concept. The first steelmaking experiment has been carried out successfully on December 26th 2006.
