摘 要:为控制60Si2Mn弹簧钢中TiN夹杂物的析出,对TiN生成反应进行了热力学讨论。计算了N和Ti在1 873 K时的活度系数和其它温度下活度系数与温度的关系式。计算表明TiN的生成反应只能在固相中进行,但在两相区内结晶前沿,TiN的生成反应可能进行,认为减少TiN析出的最好办法是控制钢中N和Ti同时快速通过两相区。The thermodynamic discussion on titanium nitride's formation was done, in order to control its precipitation in spring steel 60Si2Mn. The activity coefficient values of titanium and nitrogen at 1873 K were derived and the relational expression of their activity coefficients and temperature was calculated. Calculations show that TiN's formation only take place in solid phase, but its formation reaction is likely to happen at crystallizing front in two phase region. It is considered that the best way to reduce TiN's precipitation is to go through two phase region rapidly, and control titanium and nitrogen contents in steel simultaneously.
