不满流剪切对含蜡原油加剂处理效果的影响

摘　　要：彩石管道(彩南—石西)在满流工况下一直采取加降凝剂处理的方式,输送效果非常明显,后因低输量影响,产生了显著的不满管流动,造成彩南来油的凝点显著升高,加剂效果被破坏。提出了两种解决方案,认为其中之一的以间歇满管输送的方案可以解决凝点升高的问题。Cainan-Shixi pipeline,when operating with full-filled oil,the oil treating performance of the PPD was remarkable. When the flow rate was lower,the pipeline section after the control point can not be fulfilled, the gel points tested in Cainan inlet were dramatically increased and then the effect of the PPD was seriously affected. The paper proposes two solutions and considers that one of them-alternate full-filled flow transportation may solve the problem.
