摘　　要：报告1例皮下结节型环状肉芽肿。患者男,26岁。因左上臂、腹部及下肢反复出现红斑、结节、溃疡4个月就诊。临床表现为左上臂内侧、左侧腹部及双小腿有暗红色结节和浸润性斑块,部分斑块上伴有溃疡,中心有脐凹状薄痂。左上臂内侧皮损组织病理检查示表皮突轻度向下延伸,真皮中下部可见纤维蛋白样变性,周围有由上皮样细胞、组织细胞、少量多核巨细胞和淋巴细胞组成的肉芽肿。A 26-year-old male patient presented with a 4-month history of erythema,nodules and ulcers on his left upper arm, abdomen and legs. Physical examination showed dark erythematous nodules, infiltrative plaques on the medial side of his left upper arm, left abdomen and both lower legs, with umbilicated crusts in the center of ulcers on some plaques. Histological examination of a biopsy specimen taken from the left upper arm showed slightly downward proliferation of fete pegs focal fibrinoid degeneration of collagen in the mid and deep dermis, surrounded by granuloma composed of histiocytes, epithelioid cells,and lymphocytes. The diagnosis was consistent with subcutaneous nodular and perforating granuloma annulare.
