摘　　要：目的探讨CT对无功能性肾上腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析32例无功能性肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现。结果32例中,皮质腺瘤13例,皮质腺癌2例,转移瘤11例,髓样脂肪瘤4例,囊肿2例。26例为单侧肾上腺肿瘤,6例为双侧,均为转移瘤。各类无功能性肾上腺肿瘤的密度、大小、形态、CT值等方面有相对不同的CT表现特点。结论结合临床表现及肿瘤的CT征象,多数无功能性肾上腺肿瘤均能作出准确的定性诊断。Objective To evaluate the value of CT scan in diagnosing nonfunctional adrenal tumor. Methods CT features of 32 cases with pathologically proved nonfunctional adrenal tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 32 cases, 13 cases were adrenocortical car- cinoma ,2 cases were adenocarcinoma, 11 cases were metastatic carcinoma, 4 cases were adrenal myelolipoma and 2 cases were cyst. 26 cases were unilateral adrenal tumors,6 cases were bilateral adrenal tumors,and were all metastatic carcinoma. There were different CT characteristics in density,size,shape and CT attenuation in different kinds of nonfunctional adrenal tumors. Conclusion CT features in combination with clinical data may help in accurate diagnosis of most nonfunctional adrenal tumors.
