摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了加入不同量C2Cl6对AM60合金组织及力学性能的影响,分析了变质剂C2Cl6对AM60合金的细化机制。结果表明:少量的C2Cl6对α-Mg晶粒具有明显的细化作用;随着加入量的增多,细化效果也越加显著。同时,加入C2Cl6变质后,合金的力学性能也得到提高,硬度及拉伸性能都得到改善。当变质剂的加入量为0.9%时,合金具有最佳的综合性能。室温下AM60合金的断口呈脆性沿晶断裂,加入C2Cl6变质后,其断口形貌表现为解理断裂。After adding different quantity of modificator C2Cl6 to the AM60, the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by metallography microscope and SEM. The mechanism of grain refinement was also analyzed. The result indicats the grain of AM60 magnesium alloy refines when adding C2Cl6 to the alloy, and the refining effect is more remarkable with the increase of addition. And the mechanical properties increases obviously, the hardness and strength properties become better with the increase of addition. The effect of grain refinement is best while adding 0.9wt% C2Cl6, The AM60 alloy shows a brittle fracture along grain boundary at room temperature, after adding C2Cl6 the fracture pattern changes into cleavage fracture.
