摘  要:氧枪喷头是冶金中重要部件,采用传统的加工方法具有局限性。以外径245mm的5孔氧枪喷头上部工件为研究对象,提出了新的成形方案;建立了该产品复合挤压成形的有限元模型,对多因素影响下复合挤压进行了数值模拟研究。利用Archard磨损模型,研究了模具磨损情况,预测了模具一次表面磨损,为间接预测模具寿命提供依据。依据数值分析结果进行试验验证,成功开发出该型号5孔氧枪喷头上部产品。Oxygen lance tip is a key part in metallurgy, but its conventional forming method is restricted. Based on the lance tip of Ф245mm, a new forming method was put forward, the compound extrusion simulation model was established, and the hot extrusion process influenced by multi factors was studied by FEM method. According to the Archard wear model, the wear condition was studied and the wear depth of the mould in the first forming process was predicted, which helped to evaluate, die life indirectly. Based on the simulation results, the oxygen lance tip was successfully produced and the simulation results got well verified.
