摘　　要：目的 了解不同剂量氯氮平治疗时流涎的发生率。方法 回顾1994年至1996年服用氯氮平治疗的住院患者100例。氯氮平用量分为小量(<100mg/日),一般剂量(100～300mg/日)及大量(300～600mg/日)。结果 三种剂量所致流涎发生率虽有差异,但无统计学显著意义。结论 氯氮平所致流涎发生率各家报告不同,但与剂量大小是否有关尚待进一步探讨。Objective: To investigate the frequency of the salivation side effect of clozapine. Methods: The severity of salivation in 100 inpatients who took clozapine were investigated. Results: Some differences among three different dosage groups were revealed, but without significance. Conclusion: The relationship between the daily dosage and salivation side effect of clozapine has to be studied further in order to get a definite conclusion.
