摘  要:给昆明小鼠8Gy60Coγ射线照射后,立即腹腔注射100%复方活血汤注射液(每ml含生药1g)0.2ml/只,每d2次,连续10d。分别于照射后第3、7、14d测定活体原位尺骨骨髓氧分压,观察相同部位骨髓切片组织学。结果表明,常用活血化瘀中药能促进急性放射损伤小鼠骨髓微血管恢复、增生,扩张其面积,使骨髓氧分压明显增高,增加骨髓微环境供氧,促进造血细胞增生。After irradiated by 8 Gy 60Co γ ray, each mouse was intraperitoneally injected immediatelywith 0. 2 ml composite blood-activating decoction twice a day for 10 days. The in situ ulnar bone marrowpartial pressure of oxygen (Po2) was determined in vivo on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after irradiationrespectively. The histology of bone marrow sections in the same parts was observed at the same time. The resultssuggest that the commonly used "blood-activating and stasis-eliminating" Chinese drugs can promote therehabilitation and proliferation of bone marrow microvessels in the acute radiation injured mice, expand theirareas, make the bone marrow Po2 increase significantly, increase the oxygen supply of bone marrowmicroenvironment and improve the proliferation of hematopoietic cells.
