摘　　要：本文介绍了大庆石化公司塑料厂聚丙烯装置生产T38F产品的生产控制过程,分析了T38F产品主要指标的影响因素和控制指标,主要指标包括：熔融指数、等规指数、灰分,其中重点分析了熔融指数的控制。通过不断的摸索和改进,认为T38F产品熔融指数控制在2.8~3.2g.10m in-1、等规指数控制在96.5%~97.2%、灰分指标控制在≤0.020%为最理想。大庆聚丙烯装置生产的T38F专用料用于下游生产线使用,生产稳定,拉膜速率快,得到了广大用户的好评。The producing and quality control of special resin T38F for polypropylene film was introduced in Plastic Plants of Dqing Petroleum Co.,Branch.The effect factors and guideposts in produing were analyzed which including melt index,isotactic index and ash.When the focal point melt index was controled to 2.8~3.2g·10min-1,the isotactic index was controled to 96.5%~97.2%,the ash was ≤0.020 would be best.The stable,fast flim forming special resin T38F is for downstream industry,and was widely received well.
