高血压患者自我管理意识、态度与行为分析

摘　　要：目的了解高血压患者高血压相关知识和自我管理意识情况,探讨科学指导高血压患者自我管理方法,提高其自我管理水平。方法自行设计调查表,对已患高血压和在体检时连续两次测得收缩压和/或舒张压≥140/90mmHg的体检者,采取随机抽取的方法进行回访式问卷调查。结果高血压相关知识平均正确回答率为60.92%;有经常测量血压习惯的为33.13%,知道自己血压正常的为38.01%,知晓高血压患者需定期对心、肾、眼底、心脑血管等靶器官进行检查的为39.43%。结论高血压患者相关知识知晓率高于自我管理意识、态度与行为的正确率,二者呈明显负相关。Objective To learn the status of knowledge about hypertension,consciousness of self-management,attitude and behavior among patients with hypertension.Methods Patients whose systolic and/or diastolic pressures exceeded 140/90mmHg in physical tests were randomly selected for a ＂feedback＂ survey with a questionnaire designed by ourselves.Results The right answer proportion of HBP relevant knowledge was 60.92%.33.13% of the patients had the good habit of measuring blood pressure by themselves in consciousness of self-management,attitude and behavior investigation.38.01% of the patients knew their blood pressure was at normal level and 39.43% knew that such target organs as heart,kidney and eyeground should be examined regularly.Conclusion The proportion of right answers for knowledge was high,but that for consciousness of self-management,attitude and behavior was relatively low.The two were reversely correlated.
