摘　　要：分析了供应链信息系统成本构成,建立了针对供应链信息系统的总拥有成本(TCO)模型。讨论了Web Services在建立动态松散耦合的供应链信息系统中的应用,并给出一些可行的降低成本的方法,包括应用XML降低数据交换的成本、应用SOAP降低对象访问的成本以及应用UDDI降低信息集成的成本的方式。This paper analysed the cost components of supply chain information systems and established a model of the total cost of ownership of supply chain information systems. Application of Web Services in constructing dynamically loosely coupled supply chain information systems was discussed. Some feasible methods for reducing cost, including using XML to reduce the cost of data exchange, using SOAP to reduce the cost for accessing objects, and using UDDI to reduce the cost of information integration, were proposed.
