摘　　要：PVC异型材成型工艺较为复杂，对制品的内在质量和外观质量都有较大的影响。文中全面分析了挤出成型工艺对PVC异型材质量的影响，产生故障、产品质量不符合要求的原因；详细介绍混料、挤出成型、真空定型和冷却牵引等工序的操作控制要点；第三部分列出了异型材的性能指标。PVC shaped profile forming process has a great influence on products' quality of both insideand appearance due to its complication. This article gives a thorough analysis of the influence of extrusionforming process on the quality of PVC shaped profile and the reasons why breakdown arises and the productquality does not meet the requirement;the article also introduces the operation and control essentials for process like blending, extrusion forming, vacuum finalization and cooling drawing; in the third part is the list ofthe performance index of shaped profile.
